About Us

MPCDCA is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization created to assist in meeting the needs of the East County community through programs and services that connect, build relationships, bridge gaps and enhance the quality of life of all people.

Founded in 2011, through God given vision, we exist to provide another resource for community outreach.

Our Goal

MPCDCA is committed to neighborhood revitalization. Our goal as a non-profit organization is to improve the quality of life in our communities through arts, culture, education, counseling and healthy living. We serve to develop, enrich, and empower the lives of individuals and families in need.  We address the needs of the whole person.

Our Community

Our community depends on thriving businesses. MPCDCA agrees. Contra Costa needs strong communities. Within the past decade our economy has suffered tremendously. Businesses and local residents should support their communities. We are serious about our community and the future of our country.

Community Giving*

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas toy

 and Family Food Basket Giveaways

At a time when many people are focused on giving thanks for the bounty in their lives, others are feeling the pain of hunger. Our annual giveaways for people in need here in East Contra Costa County is our way of not only feeding those who are hungry, but also a way to display love, kindness and support during the holidays.

Antioch 4th of July

MPCDCA loves the Rivertown Delta!

National Night Out!

... When neighbors know each other, neighborhoods are safer!

Come out and share an evening with neighborhood leaders, emergency personnel, and city residents learning how to make our city and your neighborhood a safe and welcoming place to live.

*MPCDCA Backpack and School Supply Giveaway

This year with your community support, we will supply displaced, foster and underprivileged children with backpacks and school supplies. When families struggle to make rent and buy groceries each month, school supplies just can't be a priority. This is our way of not only empowering our community youth, but also displaying kindness and supp

ort to those who are experiencing poverty and misfortune.
